The EUROTAS Annual Delegate Conference
Lisbon, Portugal. May 15-19, 2002

Dear EUROTAS members and friends,

My colleagues in Alubrat and I are delighted to welcome you to Portugal in May for what we hope will be a very special meeting. You will have plenty of opportunity to renew old friendships and to make new professional contacts and also to contribute to transpersonal development in Europe through the Three Creative Initiative Committees.

There will be a chance to learn something new from the six interesting workshops being given by our members and we hope also you will enjoy our music, song and dance evening, the visit to a very spiritual place in Sintra - The Mountain of the Moon - and the contributions from all of us at the "Spirit of Europe" festival concert on the last evening. There will be swimming in the sea after lunch each day or time for relaxation or for personal meetings. On two evenings we will go to a seaside bar so that you can see how we Portuguese enjoy ourselves in summer! Do please come and bring your friends! You are welcome through your national associations or there are a few places available if you contact us direct.

The Conference will take place in the very modern refurbished Seminary just outside Lisbon. It is set in its own grounds and there are shady places to walk and meditate. Accommodation is in new twin bedded rooms each with its own bathroom and we can choose our meals, vegetarian or not or with special requirements.

Please fill in the form below and email or fax it as soon as possible with your requirements so that arrangements can be made. Even if you are not sure whether you can come for travel or financial reasons, please let us know as soon as possible that you are interested so we can be sure that suitable arrangements are made. The cost of the Conference is Euro 120 which includes accommodation, all meals including soft drinks and wine and the excursion to Sintra. You can come early or stay later for two or three days at a cost of 20 Euros a night. Flights from most major European cities are relatively cheap as a Saturday night is involved. Some concessions are available. If you wish to take part just in a workshop, the cost is 15 Euros for those not attending the Conference.
