Dear all,
Here my reflections, operative reflections:

1)   Why we don’t start to know each other? Many of us wrote books and article in which, maybe, already treat and answer to many question we are sharing.
So: TO MAKE A DATA BASE WITH ALL ARTICLE AND BOOKS PUBLISHED OF ALL MEMBERS (each one in your country could work to translate and publish the books of the others)
2)    SOME SIMPLE  ETHICS RULES not writhed or imposed but shared (something like taboo in the archaic tribe) : example: To be on the boards needs have some times for EUROTAS, answers to the mail, to be the first to participate at forum, to send abstract and subscribe for the conference, etc. To be delegates needs .
3)   SOME GUIDE LINES for organizing annual Conference
4)   And then, just then,  why not, A INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL
As ever, apologize my English.
Love

Dear Pier,
sounds good, and there is a "but". We still have the possibility to bring articles of Eurotas members on the website. This section is not very frequently used and visited.
I think we need something more personal, more challenging, more intimate. Something which clarifies what doing, what are personal needs, and how this may be related to our spiritual growing, and how this may be connected with Eurotas. Why is Eurotas important for people? Why do they come to conferences? Why do people offer something at these conferences? Why do they listen to lectures and workshops?
Now lovely spring is awakened in Freiburg. Greetings to all my (more or less) friends
Ingo

In what concerns makinh things more personal...
I wonder if we could devise a space for personal webpages or just links to them. This of course should be limited to Delegates and members of the Board or something like that. But perhaps it would help. Or Just try to open a special area in the Forum for exchanges about literature and personal interests-quests?

Hugs,

Vitor

Hi Pier Luigi,

I agree with your "taboo rules", eh eh. Also I believe it is a good idea, like Ingo also suggests, to make things more intimate. In what concerns translating publications, that looks harder. It takes quite some time and effort. Perhaps for selected articles it would be more feasible. For instances, I have published 10 books in Portugal, one more is waiting to be published (title: "An Angel in Babylon", by the way). I have not succeeded until now to find publishers outside Portugal for them and this is happening even in the professional circles for publishing houses. Now some possibilities seem to be arising in Eastern countries. But for artciles I would say this can definitely work. In what concerns an international journal, there is a guy in sapin, Roman Gonzalvo, who is taking care of developing a new Journal with EUROTAS as part of the editorial board. This is already a nice start. By the way, guys, here is the link: http://www.transpersonaljournal.com/Journal.html

Warm regards to everybody,

Vitor

Dear Vitor,

I don't agree to such proposal because you would forclose the interested public from the most interesting parts of discussion. As I remind, the delegate's conference decided to open Eurotas to interested people from all parts of society. Please, don't build an ivory tower within Eurotas.

Paying much tribute to your work and personal engagement!

Dear Regina,

I see your point, and I did not consider that... I was just worrying about the possibility of people using EUROTAS to promote themselves even with no credentials or competence. But of course I agree that we should keep the openess to everybody in general. Perhaps we can find a way to deal with proposals for links to personal webpages and then decide, what do you think?

Hug,

Vitor

Dear Vitor,

I slept over the problem and came to a solution that is very easy: if someone is announced to the forum, he or she has the possibility to use the profile button for a link to a personal webside. If anyone is interested in the respective person, one may click the indicated symbols under the name of the participant on the left side of a contribution.

Generally, there are three global moderators and a webmaster who are watching the forum and all contributions every day. They may remove unwanted or unethical contributions from the forum - since this forum exists, this was not yet necessary, as I know.

So, these two points could make it possible to hold the forum opened to the public and also to guarantee a certain security not to be "abused" for promotion.

Hug,

Regina.
